And my dear hubby wants me to stitch him a fractal, although he hasn't yet picked one out for me to do. This will be the first time, except for commissions, where I've taken someone else's design and turned it into a chart to stitch. Since whatever fractal he chooses will probably be from one of his many fractal caledars and will be copyrighted to someone else, I won't be able to post pictures here. But if you come to Mystery Retreat here in Portland next July I will show you my progress!!!!
Since this was a very loose "contest" there really wasn't a prize, but for all of you who took the time to vote, when I get the design converted into a chart I'd be happy to post a link to it on my web site (or here if I can figure out how to do it) so anyone who wants to can stitch it. I do have to warn you though, it will be a cross stitch piece (or tent stitch if you prefer), not one of my geometrics. I want the flow of colors to star, not the stitches.
Thanks for participating.
Yay! That's the one I voted for. Can't wait to see how it stitches up.
